Yes, while writing this bio my thoughts were all jumbled up. Not having a book to my name and with no celebrity connection I had little to throw glamour into my narrative.<\/p>\n

But then it just struck to me that I have had the greatest accomplishment of my life to share with you \u201creframing my life my way\u201d. I have a story to tell that is no less than a saga. A story of defeat, failure, struggle, transformation, revival and resurrection. Organic experiences and ideas that intend to enable you to take that one step that you have passed over all your life. Stop! It\u2019s no time to ponder\u2026it\u2019s time to act. Let\u2019s do this together.<\/p>\n

Having said that here\u2019s a brief bio about my life \u201cafter the awakening\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shubhra Mohanty is a mother, international motivational speaker, a<\/em> reformist striving to close the gender gap and better<\/em> the workspace for women <\/em>and<\/em> the<\/em> founder of Women and Convention an organization that aspires to ignite the spirit of self-reliance and confidence in women so that they can make it big in the workplace. <\/em>She will work with you to create not only a soul-stirring experience but her high energy messages and actionable content will help you cross that fine line between self-doubt and accomplishment.<\/em><\/p>\n

Her educational background includes a Master In Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resource and a Bachelor<\/em>\u2019<\/em>s degree in Sociology and Economics.<\/em><\/p>\n

Shubhra has worked as a brand <\/em>strategist<\/em> for more than a decade handling blue chip brands at the countries leading retail giant Future Group before joining the marketing team for the countries media conglomerate ABP Group.Her professional stint helped her to closely understand consumer psyche, <\/em>motivation and<\/em> people in general.<\/em><\/p>\n

She found her life<\/em>\u2019<\/em>s purpose when she accepted her vulnerabilities and decided not to give up to misogynistic opinions post motherhood. She decided to shut that door right there and turn the tables.<\/em> A radical feminist who upholds the principles of egalitarianism and strives hard to close the gender gap.<\/em><\/p>\n
